Terms of sale

PickableAI is an online service operated by [Raison sociale], [Rue et numéro], [NPA] [Localité], Suisse (contact: contact@pickableai.com). It measures whether AI assistants recommend a business when people ask them for advice. These terms apply to every order placed on the website.

Free check: a few questions asked to Google's AI for a trade and a city, with a score and a preview of the ranking.

Full report (one-time payment): detailed analysis of each competitor cited, a prioritised action plan and ready-to-use texts, for the business checked.

Monthly monitoring (subscription): a new automatic check every week, score history and an email alert when a competitor gets ahead.

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are final prices. The full report costs CHF 29; monthly monitoring costs CHF 49 per month.

Payment is processed by Stripe (card; TWINT for one-time payments). Payment details are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through our servers.

Monthly monitoring renews automatically each month and the amount is charged on each renewal to the saved payment method.

It can be cancelled at any time from My account, in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; no pro-rata refund is made.

The services are digital and delivered immediately after payment, at the customer's request. Swiss law provides no right of withdrawal for online purchases.

If the customer is a consumer living in the European Union, they expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge losing their right of withdrawal once the report is delivered or monitoring has started.

Results reproduce answers generated by third-party artificial intelligence services (including Google Gemini) at a given time. These answers change over time and depending on the questions; they are provided for information only.

PickableAI guarantees neither a ranking, nor a recommendation by any AI, nor any business result.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer over the last 12 months. It is not limited in case of intent or gross negligence.

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

The terms in force at the time of the order apply. For an ongoing subscription, the customer is informed of any change by email at least 30 days in advance.

Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction lies at the operator's registered office, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions.
