Privacy policy

This policy explains how [Raison sociale] processes your personal data on PickableAI, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

The information you enter for a check: business name, industry, city.

Your email address, only if you provide it.

Technical data: an anonymised (hashed) fingerprint of your IP address to prevent abuse, and a random visit identifier to measure site usage. No advertising cookies.

Running the check you requested, sending you your report and, if you sign up, informing you when paid plans launch. We never sell data.

Check questions (industry and city, without your contact details) are sent to Google (Gemini API, United States). We use the paid tier of this API: under its terms, Google does not use these requests to train its models. The website and database are hosted in Switzerland.

Check results and emails are kept for at most 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@pickableai.com.
