These terms govern access to and use of the pickableai.com website, operated by Brice Mabillard, Rue de l'église 16, 1975 St-Séverin, Suisse (contact: contact@pickableai.com). By using the website, you accept them.

Purchases (full report, plans, add-ons) are also subject to the terms of sale.

The website and the free check can be used without an account. The operator may interrupt the website for maintenance or change it at any time, without guaranteeing continuous availability.

The free check is limited to a few checks per day and per connection. It is meant for real businesses.

The following are prohibited: robots, scripts or automated requests; getting around the limits (multiple addresses, disposable email addresses…); entering unlawful or abusive content or instructions meant to manipulate the AI; any attempt at unauthorised access or at overloading the service.

In case of abuse, the operator may block access, refuse a check or delete an account.

Sign-in is passwordless, with a code or a link sent by email: you are responsible for access to your mailbox. You can delete your account at any time from My account.

Results reproduce the answers of third-party artificial intelligence services (notably ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity) at a given time. They change over time and are provided for information only.

Public rankings reflect a trend computed from these answers; they are neither official rankings nor PickableAI's opinion of the businesses named.

A business named in a ranking can ask for an error to be corrected or for its name to be removed by writing to contact@pickableai.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.

The share link of your result is known only to you until you pass it on. The page shows the name, score and rank, never the competitors, and is not indexed by search engines.

The website, its texts, design, logo and code belong to the operator. Any reproduction, other than sharing links and share pages, requires its written consent.

Names and trademarks of the businesses named belong to their owners.

The website links to the websites of the businesses checked and to the sources cited by the AI. The operator does not control these websites and is not responsible for them.

The free service is provided as is. The operator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the results, nor for any unavailability of the website or of third-party artificial intelligence services. Its liability is not limited in case of intent or gross negligence.

The processing of personal data and cookies is described in the privacy policy.

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date.

Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction lies at the operator's domicile, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions.
